How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
-Respond to your quote request and provide pricing

Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers that help us operate our business (e.g. CRM systems, email platforms). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations
SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from GM reach and wash cleaning, you may receive two types of messages:
Transactional: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, and service completion notices
Promotional: occasional marketing messages about new services, seasonal offers, and availability
SMS opt-in is collected via an unchecked checkbox on our website, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.
When you first opt in, you will receive a confirmation message asking you to reply to confirm your subscription. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 07874942620 or info@gmreachandwashcleaning.co.uk
We will never share or sell SMS opt-in data, including phone numbers and consent information, with third parties for marketing purposes. This information is used solely to operate our own SMS program.
